(c) Grade SHR 180 provides excellent heat resistance and moderate abrasion resistance characteristics & is recommended up to 180°C for coarse and 150°C for fine material.
Oil Resistance (O.R)
Grade O.R conforming to Is:1891 (Part 3) 1988 is suitable for carrying materials which leave residues of fat and oil.
Grade Hygienic
Conforms to IS:1891 (Part 4) 1988 and is suitable for conveying tea, coffee, food products & pharmaceuticals.
Fire Resistant
Grade FR – Fire resistance belting has been developed to meet Indian and Canadian standards specifications. This grade is specially meant for conveying coal in thermal power stations where fire hazards exist.
Flame Resistant
This belt is designed to prevent fire risks in coal mines where is not easily accessible and to reduce maintenance of the conveyors. The important characteristic is self-extinguishable cover rubber and meet drum friction test. It is suitable for serving in mining industry, power plant, electric utilities, coal cleaning plants
